Need info on how to prep stereoscopic 360 images for P2VR

I've looked around the GGnome support and I can't find how to setup my 3D Pano images for Pano2VR.

I have a Insta360 Pro which provides top/bottom setup. which does not appear to work so I tested left/right which appears to not be working - I saw somewhere about importing 2 images 1L and 1R but it is unclear how that is intended to be setup to work as I can not find any info. Where is the documentation on working with Stereo images?
