I'm having a hard time closing in on the issue for this one.
I have a mixed tour of cubics and panos. For some reason the hotspots work spuratically. I've been mostly testing on iPhones.
The code on the hotspots is the same throughout, any suggestions or ideas welcomed.

Hi,
Been looking at this for about 10 minutes going from node to node on my iPhone7.
Working well for me.
Any steps to reproduce the problem?

Thanks for the fast reply.
It seems random to me, most of them work most of the time, either but sometimes I find that the spherical ones seem to have issues loading. But not always. My client is using a 5s and 6 and can't seem to find any common problem. Sometimes they can't even get past the first node! And that's happened to me as well.
I will keep testing to see if I can narrow something down.

ok, I did some further testing and here is what I found.

I changed the svg icon to test and I find that if you center the cross hairs, the link doesn't go but if you move away from it and then line up the cross hairs closer to the edge it works!

Hi,
Thing to remember is that its the Hotspot template that need to be in the centre of the player.
The skin only has cross to show you where the centre of the skin is.
So the hotspot image needs to be exactly over the hotspot template so the centre of the image is over the centre of the template.
If its not then its possible that the hotspot template may not be in the centre of the player and does not activate although the hotspot image is.

Thanks a gain for your diligence on this, but after following your suggestion, I still seem to have the same issue. I reduced the tour for testing and it always seems to be the same nodes that give me a problem. It will sometimes work. On the desktop it works all the time

on the iPhone if you travel from "Vessel" to "SNO+ Deck" the "SNO+ Deck" is the one that works once in a while. Always seems to be the ones that are high up!

hummmm,
May be the hotspot is to close to the zenith.
Can you reproduce this on say a two node project?

I endedn up testing on a two node project and was still having the problem, but with your help, may have fixed the issue. There was 2.

The first you mentioned about having the node too close to the nadir seems to be an issue.
The second is, I had never originally set the Target, I set them all now and seems to have helped. The work great on Desktop but not always on iPhone.

Sometimes the nodes take a while to load but I'm assuming that is natural because of the sizes.

Just want to thank you again for responding, it was an honor from a fan.
