All of a sudden my tours are displaying all white on the screen (see screenshot). Clicking the fullscreen button displays them just fine. Anyone have any thoughts?

It appears it's only happening in Safari. Still testing, though...

Hi,
Is this happening when viewing locally, when you open the HTML page directly from the output folder?
If so then you need to adjust Safari.
How...
You need to activate the Developer menu: Safari => Preferences

Now you will see the Develop menu in the toolbar between Bookmarks and Window.
Select the Develop menu and then select...

Hi,
Just checked it out and I see the pano ok.
Tested on a Mac Book Pro with:

Firefox
Safari

All ok...
Have you tried clearing your cache in your browser?

I just tried 2 other computers, they work fine. I should have tried that first.

I've done everything short of rebooting my primary computer. I know better.

Thanks for the assist, sorry for the trouble.

Nothing to be sorry about.
Think of this as a learning experience.
And this is a good thing.

Hi Denis,
Very odd, can you make a recording.
Did you send an e-mail saying the support@ggnome.com e-mail is not working?
