After upgrading to the new operating system on my 27” iMac to Version 10.12.6 my 360s are locking up when I try to review them from the output file on the desktop. I get a code ERROR] : NetworkError: DOM Exception 19: A network error occurred and they show a black screen.
On my 24” iMac they work fine, I have not upgraded this computer yet. Just wondering if anybody else has had this problem and how to fix

Hi,
I have moved this topic to a better forum.
With the Safari upgrade you now get local file restrictions when opening the HTML page directly from the output folder.
This is the same as you get with Chrome.
However in the Develop mode you can select Disable local file restriction.
That should get it working again.
Please let me know how you get on.
I ask because my Mac Book Pro does not have this issue but other Macs in the office do.
Regards,
Hopki

Hi,
Chrome will not work, in fact Chrome has never worked.
You can use our desktop app to open the output.
Here is the link to our Package Viewer.
