Hi, since I have updated to Pano2VR 5.2.2 I have problems with HTML5 in Google Chrome on my MabookPro.

When opening the panorama I get a strange image

HTML5 on all other browsers on Mac, PC, smartphone and tablet are perfect

The earlier made panoramas on:

were made in Pano2VR 2.2.3 , HTML5 and Flash, did not have any problem, only they could not play HTML5 on smartphone, therefore I upgraded to Pano2VR 5.2.2

Maybe this was mentioned in earlier topics but I could not find any of this.
Hope someone can help me with this.
Regards,
Gerard

Hi Gerard,
This looks like what the older version of Chrome looked liked with computers with graphics issues.
Whats you Mac Book?
What version of Chrome you using?
I test with a 2010 Mac Pro and a 2012 Mac Book and don't see this issue.
Regards,
Hopki

Well the imaging has not changed.

The display on your website (I may add : Very professionally done) shows the preset default Angle of View is a bit zoomed out causing the lens barrel distortion.

To remove the barrel distortion you must be mindful to tap the [set] button after setting the tilt, zooming in and out before generating the project file set.

Find the VIEWING Parameters and look for the "Current" values while in the preview box pan around, tilt up/down and SET THE FOV (Field of View) values. FOV values allow you to zoom in/out to remove or lessen the curve type barrel distortion as shown in the PREVIEW image box to the right of the settings box . Zooming a bit will lessen the distortion. Be sure to tap the [set] button to lock in the settings.

After looking at panoramas for many years the small amounts of barrel distortion look normal to me. For the new folks well they compare panoramas to straight flat images and tell the difference. OH and it does not make any difference if you are using CHROME or any other browser.

Hello,
On older MacBook Pro you have to switch the graphics card into non-autmatic management.
