Hello,

I have created a tour and activate the Fly in feature and when I open it on my pc it works fine but in mobile devices with both android and ios the fly in gets stuck in between so I'm hoping that there's a way to fix it, other than just turn it off.
You can check it out for yourself in here

Hope you guys can help me!

Hi,
This is because you have ether Gyro enabled, what is happening is the Gyro is interrupting the sequence.
You would turn it off by default and then have a Gyro button if people want to use it.
I will add a feature request to see what can be done about this.
But for now either disable Gyro or don't have a fly-in.

That said I'm not sure if using an animation as a Fly-In would be any better?
Add a clip and give it the name "__FlyIn"
Thats, underscore, underscore, capital F (Fly) and capital I (In).

Try it, but I will also report.

I see, yeah it would be nice to have a fix and not having to disable the gyro since people that are been looking into it with their phones expect to get the gyro right away by default. Thanks for the help!

Hi,
what you can do is have a timer set for 3 seconds and have the action:
Deactivate => Go To URL => URL: javascript:gyro.enable(); => Target: (leave blank)

If the fly in is set for two seconds then the Gyro will kick in after one second after.
In the normal HTML template set so the Gyro is disabled on start up.
