I am trying to upload a tour to my Google Street View account, but when I try to upload the project, using the cloud and green arrow button, I get an error message.

I've signed into my Google account to allow access to Pano2VR but it still doesn't work. I seem to be going around in circles.

See attached screen grabs of the error messages.

Hi,
Can you open the tour map?
Do have any antivirus or firewalls running, if so grant Pano2VR access to the internet.
If you still have problems can you send me a PM with your Garden Gnome account e-mail.

Yes, I can open the tour map and see the Google view of the premises.

I have a firewall running, but it's allowing Pano2VR access to the internet. In fact, the other day I updated to the latest version of Pano2VR.

I'll PM you my account email.

I've managed to get it to connect now and the tour is uploading as I type.

It was something to do with the firewall, which I've now tweaked.

I uploaded it to Street View on Friday, but it's still showing the old tour.

Is that normal for it to take 3 days or more to change?

Hi,
Did you remove the old tour first?

No - to be honest, I didn't realise you had to.

In the past, when the tours were done using Google's own system, a new tour just replaced the old one.

How can I remove an old tour, bearing in mind I didn't do the original?

I've also raised an issue with Google this afternoon.

Hi,
Google does not replace tours yours is added. If you have set a "place" do you not see it in the carousel?

Sorry, I don't know what the carousel is.

I can see it in the Street View Browser on Pano2VR. Is that it?
