Gyroscopic controls not working on a new tour

I uploaded a new tour to my website. The tour works well on my mac. When i view it on an iPad or iPhone the gyroscopic control is not functioning.
I can navigate by touch or buttons only.
Any suggestions?

Thanks

Hi,
In the Normal template did you select use Gyro?

Hi,

I have had a similar problem in the past.

What version of Pano2VR are you building in?
What iOS version is on the iPhone and iPad?
What browser are you using?

Do you also have a link for testing?

After a bit more troubleshooting, the gyro control appears to work on the direct link, but not the via link that calls the WordPress plugin.

iOS 11.1 iPhone
Safari Browser
Pano2VR 5.2.2 Pro

I'll DM links to you.

Yes, I can confirm the same. I'm not running 11.1 yet but I get the same results from my iPhone iOS 10.3.3 and Safari 602.1.

I have never used WordPress so I can't help you there but I know there are a number of people on the forum that do.

Is the gyro nav supposed to function when used in WordPress? Can anyone confirm that? I sure hope so...

Hi,
The Wordpress plugin has the option in its settings.

For those following this thread the project works on my test site so the recommendation is to disable the theme and any other plugins that could cause problem.

Found it! The Autoptimize plugin breaks the gyro functions.
