Note the driver will not update with the OS, you need to download from your chip set manufacturer.

Hi,
The result is your graphics driver does not support the OpenGL required, Pano2VR requires OpenGL 2.1.
As said Windows updates will not update the driver or installs the newest drivers, you need to go on the Nvidia website.
There are quite a few drivers to try.

OpenGL is odd as there are so many different parts to it, so in OpenGL 2.1 you may have things that are not in 4.5.

Also it can be down to the graphics card that regardless if it supports OpenGL it may not have the required feature.
As an example Intel HD 3000 fitted to some older macs and PS will not work at all.
