magic mouse/middle mouse button behaviour

I am embedding some 360 images as part of a longer page.
When hovering my magic mouse over an image, I am no longer to scroll up and down on the page. I believe this would also be an issue with anyone using a middle mouse button to scroll up and down on the page.
Is there any setting I can adjust (not sure whether it would be on the pano2Vr output or in the embed code) so that the so that the user can seamlessly scroll past the pano.
