Hummm, just checking understanding, the QT output is actually QTVR which died with QT7 and is no longer supported by Apple, although we still have the output.
I know it has the file extension of .mov, but its not a video, big difference between QT and QTVR.
You can link separate QTVR files with hotspots, been a long time since iv done this myself but as said its not a video so will not play in YouTube or Vimeo etc.
