Most likely, in the skin editor left side TREE list of elements the thumbnail image frame element is shown below the 5 point hotspot (HS's) elements.

Click drag the thumbnail element above the hotspots and thumbnail will be on top of the thumbnail will block out the HS's.

Note to self. In the tree, element at top of list is closest to front.

Hi,
You would use the List View and order your hotspots, the hotspots in the top of the list are more forward.
So you would have hotspots that need to cover other above them in the list view.

Hi Guys,
Just to let you know I got it wrong
In the list view newer items are added to the bottom of the list so the lower the more forward.

@ PChatterton,
Your Point Hotspot in your skin, if you have a look at the properties the container with the ID hotspot_preview should have a Z index of 100.
The Hotspot template and buttons should have their Z index set to default.
This means the preview will always be more forward for the hotspot images.
Regards,
Hopki
