I've just completed my first tour for a long while, using the new interface.

I've followed the instructions on how to add hotspots and they appear at the production stage, but not at the output (HTML5).

What am I doing wrong?

when you have an opportunity, please provide us your URL address web page so we too can see.

Usually, you need to make sure you uploaded to your server contents of your /output folder.

If your hotspots are .svg vector graphics, it might also mean your server needs to be configured to 'serve' .svg file types.

Definition:
Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) is an XML-based vector image format for two-dimensional graphics with support for interactivity and animation.

OR maybe your browser is an older version and does not yet support html5.

Sometimes your smartphone platform and browser does not support .SVG file types.

A LOT of guess work on our part because we need to know more about your project and devices used.

Thanks, Dave.

I'm using Chrome on a Mac, using Sierra 10.12.3.

The panos themselves were generated in PTGUI. Each JPEG pano is around 60MB.

I'm viewing it locally.

The .p2vr file that I'm launching is inside a folder of the panos, but outside the 'output' folder (which is also inside the panos folder).

Would that make a difference?

Do you need any other information?

I've followed the tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G8P02bE_XJU), but when I view my finished project in HTML5, I only see the first pano, which doesn't have any hotspots for me to progress.

(Needless to say, I did create them, as per the tutorial.)

I'm using the latest version (Pano2VR 5.2).

Strangely, when I output to Flash, the hotspots are there.

Hi,
Can you either upload your skin and p2vr file or PM me your support package as found under the Help menu.
I say PM me as the support package will contain more info about your hardware.

Hopki
