Then I try to use it
Cyrillic in the template is converted to abracadabra

I saved a template with name as you wrote in your e-mail.

Then I opened a project and tried to create a new output by using the saved template.

The skin does not appear.

The templates appears here but do not create an Output

Edit: after the latest Windows update it is running
note: have rolled back our windows10 seven month do to problems with Anniversary update and the NVIDIA GeForce GTX970 driver
name Cumulative Update for Windows 10 version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB4013198)
