Hi
Can someone enlighten me why output html5 cannot be viewed in iPhone 6s ? I got grey background with skin silloute displayed. I presume iPhone 6s supports html5.
I have selected multi resolution with window size 640 x 480.
For larger screen 5.5" android, chrome is working, normal browser not working.
Is there any setting I need to configure ?
Thank you so much for your help.

Hi orion 23,
Can you post a link to your project for testing.
I take it you have uploaded to a website, or are you doing something else?
Regards,
Hopki

Hi Hopki,
Thanks for your help, i have tested few browsers and outcomes as below
1. desktop chrome - no problem
2. desktop ie11 browser - grey background
3. iphone 6s safari - grey background
4.iphone 6s chrome - grey background
5. samsung tab original browser - grey background
6. samsung tab chromse broswer - no problem
Is it because html5 compatibility issue?
for ie11, i noticed there is a html meta tag <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge" />
if i change ie=10, it will work in desktop ie browser...any idea what went wrong?

Hi orion 23,
The player is from 5.0.2.
The last build was 5.0.3.
However 5.1 is out of beta and stable so try that.
You can also try 5.2 beta as your version 5 license will work with all of the above.
Just go to our download page and select show all downloads.
Regards,
Hopki
