Hello guys,
I really like the new features in 5.2 beta
But recently I noticed that variable "_gg_skin" is not available anymore.
Could you please take care that it will be activated in 5.2 final?
Cheers,
Matthias

Hi Martin,
thanks for your replay.
I have created my own template and fetch the content of this variable. So this topic belongs to "template".
Until version 5.0.1 pro everything works fine, but the newer ones (incl. brand new 5.2b2) this variable is not defined anymore.
Either it was simply renamed or disabled for the sake of testing by the dev and maybe forgotten do enable again?
Cheers,
Matthias

Hello Matthias,
before 5.1 we also exported the skin with the skin Flash fallback images, but since 5.1 we removed this step as it was causing problems. As we do not use the Flash skin in HTML5 anymore, even in the fallback case, there is no need for this extra step.
This variable was used for this but now it is gone, and it will not come back, as Flash is finally dead. You can use the Flash export with "externalise Skin images", if you really need this variable. The skin.xml has basically the same content.
