text with mouse cursor movement. How?

Hi everybody. One question, maybe someone can help me.

With the action mouse enter > show element, and mouse leave > Hide element, I'd like that the text moves together next to the mouse cursor (so, not static), I've seen that in some works, but I cannot find the way to do it, for sure is an easy action for it.
