VR Hotspot Timer

Quick question,
How do I change the amount of time you have to gaze at a hotspot before it will transition to another pano in VR mode.
Also, can I have one type of hotspot have one time, and other hotspots have their own time? Instead of a globally set time for all hotspots?
EDIT: Also, I noticed that in VR mode, I cannot seem to get 'mouse over' on a button to work when I place my reticle over a button. Any ideas on that?
