Hello,
we are currently working on an bigger iPad-Project in our Agency. Recently there are some questions about a few problems - maybe someone can help me. Here is one of them:
(i am not native english, so i hope i can depict my problems properly…)
- In the app, there is a panorama with 3 Rooms side by side.
- Every Room has its unique Background-Sound (Voices whispering / Wind in the leaves of a tree / An old town).
- In P2V, i can set the source of the Sound to a distinct point on the panorama….so while i scroll through the rooms, i only hear the sound of the room i see.
- But that doesn’t work on the iPad. After the export (watching the app on the ipad), all sounds are played at the same time - everywhere…
- i was not able to finde any settings to fix this.
Did someone know a solution for this problem?
Thank you in advance!

Hi,
How have you added the sounds to each panorama?
Can you use screen shots to show how you have done this.
Regards,
Hopki

Hello Hopki,
i have added the sounds via the Sound-Tool from the Toolbar:

This works perfectly in a browser on my Computer but not on the Tablet
Thank you!

Hi,
Which version of Pano2VR are you using?
Apple don't like sound auto starting so 5.1 has a first touch action to trigger the sound.
If your still getting problems can you send me your project file and mp3.

Hopki

HI s.kreuzer,
You don't need to do anything to make this work, when you open the pano on a phone then next touch should start the sound.

Hopki

Hmm...i dont think you've understood my Problem.
Here is a photo of the full panorama:
http://img5.fotos-hochladen.net/uploads ... 8angp1.png
- There is a soundsource on a specific point in the Panorama (marked with a red X)
- The sound itself should expand to the end of the segment (marked with a yellow rectangle)
- So the soundsource is moving (from right to left if i scroll to the left) and keeps playing while i scroll through the segments. BUT: If my watch-position is on the first segment, i am not able to hear the sound from segment 2 or 3. So i can only hear the sounds from the segments that i am looking at, even they are all played, but muted when they are not visible.
- This works perfectly in the browser on my computer
- BUT: if i watch this on the tablet, all sounds are played at the same time - no matter on which segment my watch-position is at. I can hear all sounds, even if i am only watching segment 1.

Directional sound should work correctly with iPads on iOS 10 and Pano2VR 5.1 beta as we change the method how sound is played.
