html5 360 page scroll up/down not working on mobile touch device when touch on 360 image to go up/bottom of page

auto rotate is on. We have disable mouse & keyboard.

on android scroll doesn't work but submenu over 360 works fine.
but on apple ios device scroll works fine but submenu over 360 doesn't work.

Mac Pro, I can not click and drag on the top page header image, can only use my mouse wheel to scroll past it.
Click the 360 logo in the gallery and a pano opens which I seem to have full control over, so works ok as far as I can see.

iPhone, with page scrolled to the very top the page header image is one size, move the page up so the blue bar is now at the top and the image gets slightly larger but you can touch and scroll. Scroll down to the 360 logo and open the pano, all seems to be ok. Press the browser back button and scroll back to the top of the page.
Press the menu button in the blue bar and press Gallery, the page scrolls to the gallery. So all seems to be working as should apart from the top image changing size slightly.

Android 7.1.1, all works as I would expect but the menu icon in the blue bar is replaced with a strange symbol, a tall rectangle with a cross. The same for the play icon when you press the 360 image in the gallery.

The thing to note is on a touch screen device if you have a pano that is the width of the window then you will only move the pano, not scroll the page, this is expected behaviour. If your using a pano as a page header picture so it rotates but you don't want to interact with it try putting a rectangle in the skin to fill 100%, then make its alpha say 0.005. This will be an active element and you should be able to move the page and not the pano.

thanks for getting back but url you are using is wrong. I am talking about url below. we have 360 on top of the menu
we made few changes per your suggestion but scrolling on top of the 360 doesn't work at all when mouse cursor on 360. not only that if submenu on top of the 360 its stop workink link doesn't work its make deactivate heyperlink

We use a 27" touch screen on a PC Win10 using Chrome Browser.

Constructive observations regarding index.php page

Panorama continues to auto rotate even when touching the screen for manual drag around.

I turned on our Chrome developer tools to see if the page had any coding issues.

Not sure what all this means but it appears there a couple issues in RED.
