is it possible to export the whole panorama as jpg after doing some patch work in pano2vr ?????

Hi Dharani,
Yes. Once you've patched your image, deselect the patch option by selecting the Viewing Parameters button (the curved image with pointer), open the Properties panel and in the Input Image: section you will see the option to "Convert Input". Select this and you will see a popup window where you can apply settings. If you have patched your image make sure "Apply all Patches" is ticket.
In the illustration below I've patched a tiff file and I'm saving it out as a jpg including the naidar patch.
