What do you mean? You just need to point to the image file....

It worked fine when I put the panorama on my website. Very exciting to move beyond sending .mov files to friends! I guess the question is how can I preview the static hot spot image before going live? I want to see how things look before going live.

How can I see how the hotspots will look before putting them up live? I would like to see them in a preview window or otherwise in Pano2VR. Does the link to the hot spot only work when the panorama is live?

Thanks

Have you adjusted your Flash Security Settings for "Local" playback?

You should adjust these settings and add your local computer or directory to have full access to these security features.

Right Mouse Click>Settings>Security Icon (2nd)>Advanced>Global Security Settings Panel (via url)>Edit Locations (Drop Down)>Add Location>Browse for File, Folder or Location>Always Allow (Radio Button)
