Hi Hopki,

There are a number of questions on different forums re Pano2VR for GSV export and I was hoping you could clarify something for me. In your video "New in Pano2VR 5.2 -- Exporting to Google Street View" when you are loading in the equirectangular images you say, "Pano2VR standard also will have the Street View export, but it can only do one image at a time."

Does that mean you can load all of the images, place them, link them etc but can only upload one panorama at a time, or something different.

I'd just like to make sure I've got it right when responding to enquiries on other forums.

cheers,

Tony

Hi Tony,
"Pano2VR standard also will have the Street View export."
This is correct, but not how it works for self hosted projects, you would not link then together locally.
You would open each project file, add location date, set north and set the same place for all projects.
Then upload to your Google account, you would do this for each project file uploading all the panos to Google.

Once all panoramas have been uploaded you would then need to use a phone with the Google Street View App and then link them while they are on the server. Of course this would be a real pain for a multi node tour so Pano2VR Pro would be the software to use as the linking can be done and texted locally.
Regards,
Hopki
