Hi,

I find the StreetView functionality very easy to use so thanks for that. I have had an error when uploading an update to an existing tour also generated by Pano2VR Pro and wonder if you give some direction as to whether it is a Google error or Pano2VR. I have attached the support package as directed by "help"

Cheers, TomK

Hi TomK,
Can you click the show details and copy what it displayed there.
My guess would be its Google doing something there end and try again in a hour or two.
If it happens again it would be useful to see the details of the error, if you can copy and paste the text in txt document.
Regards,
Hopki

Hello Tom,

I think this error comes from the leveling data. This should be fixed in the upcoming Pano2VR 5.2beta2

Cheers Thomas,

I appreciate its early days but release seems very stable to me. I have been able to update 25 tours over the last few days and the speed at which I am able to work is really great help. I would find a built in blur tools very useful but I appreciate very easy to edit in Photoshop.

I was discussing your application with another Google TIP today and extolling its virtues as a single one off purchase and they asked if the new Google API has any provision for multi floor in the future or an answer to clicking through walls or ceilings? I appreciate this may all be down to Google's parameters.

Many thanks for you very quick support response.

Kind regards, Tom.

Hello Tom,

Google told us that there will be a solution for multiple floors later this year. We will add this feature, as soon as the API is available to us. We have already added some pluming for it.

Please have a look at 5.2beta2... you should also find some nice new features that you may like... ;)

[Update] ... and here it is https://ggnome.com/blog/pano2vr-52-beta-2-released
