The feedback im getting is that my flash panoramas are too jerky. They move in an unsmooth manner. This is particular for an indoor panorama.
Part of the picture is slightly out of focus. But,

I would love to know how to get the below file to look as clear and not be as jerky as the second one.

Yes I can see what you are talking about. Lets try something. Click on the link below. You will now see an aerial map similar to the picture below. I have flagged 3 areas: #8, 4 and #1

#1 [either RED/WHITE star] was created using Pano2QTVR ver 1.6.6 'Settings Tab, with Movie Properties Quality "Normal" for motion. Suggest you set both Motion and Static at MAX. On the Flash Tab do not select Display Quality Automatic decrease when moving or dynamic stage redering quality.

Click on the red and white stars to see a popup image. #'s 8 and 4 were created using Pano2vr using Output Format Flash version 9.

Imaging work flow RAW to 16Bit Tiff from start to finish. Both 8 and 4 were bracketed HDR prior to converting to Flash 9 in Pano2VR.

Also you might consider slowing the autorotation down.

You can increase the "rendering qualtity" to remove the distortion (trading it or speed). Pano2VR Beta3 will have controls.
