Hi,

When I export HTML5 with Flash fallback enabled I get a strange white rectangle over my object in Flash version.

Live version here: http://panooza.lv/karlo/vil/rundale-obj ... ct2vr.html

Details:

Win 8.1 Enterprise 64bit
Chrome: Version 54.0.2840.99 m

Hi,
Ok, there was a simplex_object.ggsk skin. I didn't made any changes to it. But when I remove it, the rectangle is gone. So, it has something to do with the skin.

So, when I add a skin, the rectangle is there.
When I remove the skin, the rectangle disappears.
But interestingly, the rectangle is there, also when I add a new empty skin.
When I export flash version alone, there is no problem.
The rectangle is there only when I export html5 with flash fallback and "Prefer Flash if available" ticked.

Yeah, I went through all your settings and could not reproduce.
Very odd.
Which build of Object2VR are you using Windows, 32 or 64 bit.

I just tried 32bit version, doesn't solve the problem.

Hi KFeldbergs,
This is what iv found, if you switch between different skins and output you will end up with this white rectangle.
If you delete the output folder and republish it should go away.
Im not sure why its doing it but the steps to reproduce it are.
Make a project with a skin.
Change the skin and publish, the white rectangle is seen.
Delete the output folder and republish and the rectangle is gone.
This only seems to happen with multi resolution projects.
Can you confirm that deleting the output folder and re curating the project works.

Hopki

Hi,
Unfortunately, I cannot confirm. Deleting the output folder and regenerating does not take the rectangle away for me :(

Hi,
Ok, then it may be the flash plugin, which version of Flash do you have.
But this said I would not use the flash fallback player, no need.
The HTML5 output unlike the panoramas works on most older browsers.
I know it sounds like a cop-out but I am only seeing this in Windows and in Flash.
And for me making a new build sorts out the problem.

If you really must have Flash then make a Flash output and then use the Flash fallback file, SWF.
This may sort out the plugin issue.

Thank's Hopki for your support.
We decided to go html5 only.
