Hi there,

I'm wondering if it's possible to place a 360 object photo on my Facebook timeline.

If yes, please tell me how to.

Hope to see an answer soon.

Regards,
Tom

Hi Tom,
It is possible but has problems.
Firstly you need a secure server and the output has to be Flash, most browsers require the Flash plugin to be installed or activated.
So IMO is very ugly.

We have a tip document that covers this here.
However what I find to be better, and again just my opinion is just make a preview image to put in your Facebook post that will allows people to click iy to open a new page which then can be an HTML5 output.

So the steps for just adding a preview are:
Make preview image.jpg (600 x 600px)

Make Object2VR HTML5 output and select the embed template.
Just add your Host Name, Page Path and Preview image and upload, no need for a secure server.

Once uploaded on your own hosting copy and paste the URL into your Facebook post.
You should see your preview image in the post.

Hopki

Good afternoon Gentlemen's

I am a bit lost during setup during configuration and my exported files, obviously, dont work at all.
My VPS with https possibilities should be fine, i am definitely somehow confused in html5 config.

Is there opportunity to have demo file, which help me to get a clue?

Thank you a lot!
