Well who knew this ?
For some folks like us, it just takes a little bit longer.

How to take your DEMO project to your client without WiFi or internet connection

We created a 3 panorama tour in Pano2vr b5 and in html5 output stored in /output folder. 565 Files / 6 folders total Size 15.0 mb.

Android installed from Play Store "Boat browser"
On Samsung Gs5 smartphone created a new folder in the phone storage space.
Copied the 3 pano tour /output folder.

Was able to view in Boat Browser the panorama set. Hotspot .svg file type graphics were not Boat Browser readable. So appeared as broken point hotspot links.
The point hotspot links remained functional though.

Firefox browser and thumbdrive Pano2vr /output project.

Background.
Have a client that needs to put a Pano2vr project (read folder /output) on a USB thumb drive and play it plugged into a PC (Win 10) touch tablet. Rather like a KIOSK project
Copied the same Pano2vr project /output folder to a thumb drive. Inserted this thumb drive into the tablet USB port.

On the tablet opened:

IE Edge and attempted to browse to the thumb drive folder /output and tapped on filename.html and got a 'Network Err" project failed
Chrome (current version) and attempted to browse to the thumb drive folder /output and tapped on filename.html and got a 'white screen" project failed

Windows 10 Tablet platform (read Surface Pro 3.0 Tablet (without keyboard)) FireFox 44.0.1 and attempted to browse to the thumb drive folder /output and tapped on filename.html and got a fully operational panorama project. YEAH TEAM !

Conclusion:

Pano2VR version 5.0 b5
Android version 5.0. Boat browser will play locally a Pano2vr project (or maybe Andriod Firefox - need to test idea) Boat browser but does not recognize .svg point hotspot graphics.
PC Win 10 Surface Pro 3.0 and Firefox version 44.0 or 44.0.1 will play locally a Pano2vr project (.svg point hotspot links also display properly)

Now I can take a demonstration project to a client and feel reasonable sure the demo will work properly using a touch screen tablet/ Win 10 and Foxfire installed.

And move this project to the clients Win 10 tablet and /Firefox browser and let them use this as a Kisok project.

Confirmed: FF plays great on Samsung Galaxy S 5 smart phone.

I downloaded from the Play Store Firefox for Android version 44.0.2
FF too will also open and play LOCAL Pano2vr HTML5 filename.html from internal storage.

I think we are good now. Think I will uninstall Boat Browser as Firefox will work fine for our Clients demo page.

Newer Android Phones can play from a USB flash drive up to 128MB
You docent have to copy it to the Phones memory
even a iPhone running I OS 9.2.1 can do with the right adapter

Sevendus, THANK YOU .

Solves a major issue about how to deliver a working demo project to our clients.

Here is our project being displayed on our smart phone using the On The Go USB to micro usb cable.

Great for Kiosk work from a USB Flash thumb Drive to show client.

USB 2.0 to micro usb cable cost about U$ 5.00 each or less depending configuration.

Uses Firefox for Android browser 44.0.2 .

Tapped the .html file which starts the project

Yesterday we received our 2 Samsung Galaxy S7 edge smartphones.

In the box we found
Phone
FAST charging power adapter and cable
Ear buds

and unexpected 1 small device called USB Connector for connecting micro USB 2 to phone and FLash Thumb Drive.

This USB Connector is good for using Firefox version 44 and run your panorama project from a Flash Thumb Drive.

Hello guys!
Could you please help me out with my ignorance and explain why does the FF+USB flash drive work, and FF+SD card inserted in the device doesnt?

I have a 4.4 android tablet with FF and tours do not play neither from the internal memory nor the inserted SD card.

I have an OTG cable laying aorund somewhere in my house, so later today I'll give it a try. But I just don't get what the difference is between those methods

Thanks a lot !
