Size of hotspot text boxes for polygone area hotspots

Hi there Is there anyway to increase the size or height of the pop up text box for polygon area hotspots? When I add a few words in the title box it wraps around in HTML and you can see the first row and only the top of the letters from the next row, in FLASH you only get the top row. I am not wanti...

Picture fade in / out as panorama rotated

Hi there I have been trying lots of ways to do this and had a search on here but I have not found a workable solution. What I have is a panorama of an old club function hall, as the user pans the panorama round I want a picture of the hall packed with people to fade in and then out as the user pans ...

Re: Converting panorama into a video

Hi there

Thank you all for your replies and help, I tried Tong's pano2video, and this is great as it allows you to load the flat image in and set multiple pan/tilt/pause step sequence, then render this to a move.

I will have a look at Blender too tonight.

Many thanks and regards

Re: Converting panorama into a video

Hi there Thanks for the reply and link, but that looks like its for taking/make video panoramas. I have the spherical panorama (generated from Pano2VR) which has slow rotation at 0deg and want to turn the Pano2VR outputed flash or Quicktime into a video file that captures the panorama rotating once....

Converting panorama into a video

Hi there Just wondering if there is an easy way to generate a video of one rotation of a panorama from Pano2VR? I would like to include a look round an engine in the middle of a youtube video. Maybe there is a way to convert a quicktime or flash auto rotate panorama to a normal video file? Thanks Ca...

Feature Request - Static Image Map For Tour Building

Hi there I already raised a topic for this a few months ago, but go no solution and having tried various work a rounds, without success I have decided to ask for this to be added. Problem: I have a tour to build covering 5 buildings, each building has about 50 panoramas, plus a tour of the surroundi...

Re: Google map floor plan overlay in setting user data

Hi Don Thank you for you reply, and your work, this does indeed work and allow an image/plan to be over laid on the Google map that the end users could view whilst viewing the tour. But what I need is for this image/plan to be available to me when building the tour, inside Pano2VR, this needs either...

Re: Google map floor plan overlay in setting user data

Hi there I have been playing around with this, trying loads of ideas, but the best solution (I think) would be to add an option for 'use static map image' into the 'Map Images Provider' setting. However I have got close using a KML file to force the overlay onto Google Maps, using this method: 1. Op...

Re: Google map floor plan overlay in setting user data

Hi there Thank for the replies, but I think perhaps I have not made myself clear, I don't want to use the maps for end user navigation, but to help me coordinated/align/link the panoramas when building the tour. For example the 4.0 pro 'Building a Tour' tutorial http://gardengnomesoftware.com/tutori...

Re: Google map floor plan overlay in setting user data

Hi again Hmm, would it be possible at add another option to the 'Settings->Images->Map Images Provider' for 'Static User Map', which would allow a user selected image to be used instead of the external web maps. The x/y centre of the rectangular image could be set as latitude/longitude 0/0 and North...

Google map floor plan overlay in setting user data

Hi there I am in the middle of laying out a large panorama tour using 4.0 pro, this tour will contain 60+ panoramas and I am looking to use the User Data, coordinates function to set the latitude/longitude and north, this will make the whole process of linking panoramas much easier, and is the reaso...

Re: Forth Road Bridge Tour 2011

Hi Dave

Thank you for your comments, sorry for the late reply, I have been busy with family stuff the last couple of weeks.

I will look into the Panorama events this week, but alas I have not had time to take anything this year, maybe when the summer.

Cheers

Re: Muliresolution pano on Mobile devices using Flash

Hi 360Texas Thank you for you comments and I can see the difference, the original jpg, made by PTgui is 10700x5350 and very sharp and clear. This was resized, in photoshop to 6000x3000 to match the max tile size of 1500 I wanted to use in Pano2VR. I will look into sharpening the 6000x3000 and try ma...
