Can't get Hotspots and Gyroscopic control working at same time.
Can't seem to get Gyroscopic use and hotspot working at the same time on mobile devices at the same time. I created a tour of a restaurant under construction. When the gyroscope checkbox is un-checked the hotspots appear and all links work fine. Gyroscopic control is of course disabled. When I check...

Tour hotspots not working on iDevices
I just uploaded a tour. All appears correct when locally run and when viewed on the web with my laptop. All the links function properly. When i look at the tour in an iPad pro or an iPhone X only the first node loads and the hotspots do not appear. Is there a setting I am missing in production? Here...

This is all local work. When I view a tour in either Safari or Chrome I get a black screen with just the loading dialog and the navigation buttons on the bottom. The loading is stuck on zero. Hotspot Image not showing up on web page.
When I build/output a tour on my desktop, Safari open and the tour looks fine. All the hotspot images appear where I placed them, and they function as I intended. When I upload the folder to the web the hotspot images are not there. On the desktop they are replaced by blue box and white question mar...

Gyroscopic controls not working on a new tour
I uploaded a new tour to my website. The tour works well on my mac. When i view it on an iPad or iPhone the gyroscopic control is not functioning.
I can navigate by touch or buttons only.
