Re: virtual tour view settings

H Bernd, Thanks for all your help, I've had great results with the ideas you gave me. We can now change the PTZ when entering a pano, also add/delete/change the image and location of hotspots on the fly. GREAT!!! :D At the moment though this is with the pano being driven externally. The final step w...

Re: virtual tour view settings

Hi Bernd, Thanks for the help. I've done bit of a trial with a basic pano tour with only a few skin items but I can see from the .html file how it all hangs together with the .html file passing the info/variables to the pano player. This is definately the way forward for me with this project and wil...

Re: virtual tour view settings

I have two problems that I need to resolve regarding p/t/fv. We produce the mutl-image tour for our client. The tours are hotspot and menu button linked. The client uses the image tours for record purposes, so using an on/off cross-hair and p/t/fv readout they go around the images noting items/areas...

Re: Flipbook with Panos from Pano2vr

Achim,

A very clever and nice way of presenting pano's.
I look forward to seeing the final version.

What did you use to create to clipbook?
I've embedded pano's into pdf's with varying degrees of sucsess.
But the flipbook takes things to the next level.

Re: Request for the Skin Editor - fast Preview

Hi Hopki, Typically a client at the moment has over 30 different tours setup for them. Each tour has been 5 and 30 images in it, which are linked together using >.swf or >.xml links as you've said before so I only have to change one skin for each tour (the "entry" pano). But as I have over...

Re: Request for the Skin Editor - fast Preview

Hi there, While we're talking about skin editor requests... Hopki, any chance of a "copy" action button in the "Outputs" listing. You can delete. But it would be really useful to copy an "Output" setup from one pano to another. I have a master blank pano file with all v...

Re: Problem with Hotspots in new version

Bob, Found the solution. Yeh! :D Apparently it's because the Pano2VR software guys have fixed a bug with the older software that the hotspot URL doesn't work the way we (or certainly I) was using it. I've changed all my hotspots from "open next panorama" to "go to URL" and everyt...

Re: Problem with Hotspots in new version

Hi Bob, I too have upgraded this wekend to Beta 4. I have a 10 pages multi-linked Virtual Image tour. I went in and made a few tweaks that the clients wanted... now the Hotspot url: >.html links don't work! All the static >.html links still work. I removed Pano2VR Beta 4 off one of my machines, and ...

Re: [Help] Pano2vr v3 beta2

Hi Trimes, I've had exactly the same problem (see previous posts). Simplex skin works fine, but all the normal .PNG based skins that I have created for clients that work in the flash format just give me a blank page. I took a .PNG based skin and removed each skin item one by one, only when I removed...

Re: [Help] Pano2vr v3 beta2

Hi Hopki, I'm honoured to have one of the main guys working on most post. I'm sure I can get this sorted now! I've just changed one of the links on the pano to be to a xxx.xml file. Works great so I see what to fix here. The skin "simplex" was added as per the tutorial. And yes it's in eve...

Don't get it... Works fine on safari on the Mac & PC. Icons are all there. Great! But exactly the same files when viewed on the iPad gives me question marks. Check it out, see what you find... http://www.i360uk.com/demo/premier/3032/mobile5/saloon_mobile.html I'd appreciate anyones comments on w...

Re: [Help] Pano2vr v3 beta2

Sorry guys to clarify my post a bit more. What we're trying to offer to our clients is the same presentation of their "normal" flash HTML tours/panos that they run on their PC's/MAC to be available on i-devices. Most importantly the ipad. Although I know I've still got to do more work on m...

Re: [Help] Pano2vr v3 beta2

I've had similar problems myself. What I've found is that if I use the "simplex" skin provided everything is cool. But if use any of my other skins then I get the same error as you. Image data table, but no image. I've been into an old skin that wasn't working and step by step slowly strip...

Re: Help please! Hotspot problem

Hi Qique, SORTED!!! :D Sooo simple. All down to a continuity error on my part. I missed that the .swf file has a default "_out" as a suffix. Doh! So I had a mis-match with what I was putting in my hotspot URL to the actual filename. Renamed all my files, and now my 11 room house tour works...
