Sorry, I don't know what the carousel is.
I can see it in the Street View Browser on Pano2VR. Is that it?

Re: Access Denied to Google account
No - to be honest, I didn't realise you had to.
In the past, when the tours were done using Google's own system, a new tour just replaced the old one.
How can I remove an old tour, bearing in mind I didn't do the original?
I've also raised an issue with Google this afternoon.

Re: Access Denied to Google account
I uploaded it to Street View on Friday, but it's still showing the old tour.
Is that normal for it to take 3 days or more to change?

Re: Access Denied to Google account
I've managed to get it to connect now and the tour is uploading as I type.
It was something to do with the firewall, which I've now tweaked.

Re: Access Denied to Google account
Yes, I can open the tour map and see the Google view of the premises.
I have a firewall running, but it's allowing Pano2VR access to the internet. In fact, the other day I updated to the latest version of Pano2VR.
I'll PM you my account email.

Access Denied to Google account
I am trying to upload a tour to my Google Street View account, but when I try to upload the project, using the cloud and green arrow button, I get an error message. I've signed into my Google account to allow access to Pano2VR but it still doesn't work. I seem to be going around in circles. See atta...

Re: Streetview questions
I've watched the Export to Google Street View, but I'm still struggling. I think - or assume - that I've missed a step. I've started a project, imported all my panos and logged into my Google account. Should the next step be to set all the hotspots - after which we can follow the instructions in the...

Map Labels
In the latest update, you've added Map Labels. 'By default the feature is turned off. To turn it on, go to Pano2VR Preferences or Settings → Advanced → Show map labels in tour browser and map.' I can't see it anywhere in Preferences. Also, where exactly are the Settings? I can see Viewer Settings, b...

Tour Map problems
I'm editing a tour that was published a few months ago on Google Street View, but which jumps all over the place (it didn't when I moderated it). I'm about 4 minutes into the 'Exporting to Google Street View' video, at the stage of setting the Tour Map. Unfortunately, I can't change the start pano f...

Re: Hotspots do not appear
I've followed the tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G8P02bE_XJU), but when I view my finished project in HTML5, I only see the first pano, which doesn't have any hotspots for me to progress. (Needless to say, I did create them, as per the tutorial.) I'm using the latest version (Pano2VR 5.2)...

Re: Hotspots do not appear
Thanks, Dave. I'm using Chrome on a Mac, using Sierra 10.12.3. The panos themselves were generated in PTGUI. Each JPEG pano is around 60MB. I'm viewing it locally. The .p2vr file that I'm launching is inside a folder of the panos, but outside the 'output' folder (which is also inside the panos folde...

Hotspots do not appear
I've just completed my first tour for a long while, using the new interface.
I've followed the instructions on how to add hotspots and they appear at the production stage, but not at the output (HTML5).
What am I doing wrong?

Adding menus and images
Sorry, very basic question, but I don't know how to add a menu bar (with links) and scrolling images to a 360 virtual tour.
Can it be done on Pano2VR Pro?
I'm just trying to add the finishing touches to my first virtual tour.
I've searched the forums without success.
