I have created a tour and it worked fine. Now I made some changes in skin editor, output the tour again and this happened http://www.artofreality.com/images/ukazky/Error/. Mess of cubes everywhere. Have I changed anything accidently or what is wrong?

Looks like a rubixs-cube. Have fun sliding all those tiles around to get them to match properly.

Did you convert from tiles back to equi-rectangle image look like that too ?

Looks like the cube tile row/column naming sequence convention got scrambled.

I would convert from tiles back to equi-rectangle again then rebuild project output.

When I convert from tiles back to original panorama size I always have the change the shown value of 4999 back to 5000 width for original pano size.

I like the pop out panorama thumb view and the locator map. Gives a sense of area space.

I converted it all back to equi-rectangle and it still doesn't working as you can see in the link :(

I like adding maps. It is a great feature in Pano2VR. Especially it bigger tours like this one...

Hi Erik,
probably your tiles are not in the right folders, or their filemames are not correct.

Hi,
Sadly they are in right folders. I have tried many times to load all the tiles again, but without any improvement.

I wonder if your source files are being overridden when the cube faces are created.
Where are your source files located?
HTM5 files are written to images, where are the Flash out put written to?
Are you creating any other remapping?

Even these cube faces should be the same image of different sizes.

Can you put the project file someplace where we can have a look?

I have noticed that in html5 version (flash disabled), the Pokoj 2 os. and Apartmá 4 os. are displayed correctly. Try to match their settings to the others.

Hi,
The cube faces on the server have the odd problem.
When you generate the output check your images folder, are the cube ok or corrupt?

This actually looks like a memory problem when generating the output.
Does your scratch drive have lots of space?
Also try creating a folder on your scratch drive then in the Pano2VR settings/preferences point the Image Cache Location to it.

Also while your in the settings/preferences reset the memory hint, under Images set it to 300MB.
Close and open Pano2VR, it will auto detect the physical RAM you have and set it up to use half.

They were displayed correctly that time, but it was only by accident. When I output the tour again (with no changes), the rubics-cube was back.

Anyway, I wanted to post here the project files and once more I tried to load all the titles again and output the tour. And... it is working perfectly. I have done the same thing many times before without any change. And now it works ?!http://www.artofreality.com/images/ukazky/PECR_V4/.

Thank you all for helping, I haven't made any changes to the files but it just works now. I don't know if just my computer wanted to misbehave or what, but it fine now. I hope it will stay like that.

Erik

Thank you Hopki, I will try it if it will happen again.

The cubes in folder images were corrupt. Yesterday I had an idea that it could be a memory problem (I had only 2 GB free space on my scratch drive) so I made some more free space, but even if I had 20 GB, the generated cubes were still corrupted. I have 8 GB ram, so I hope I wouldn't have memory problem. The memory reset is this? (I have a czech version..) Image

Hi ErikD,
Yep thats it. I would still point the cache to you scratch drive, just to make sure. I have known in the past that even though it seemed correct, setting the path solved a similar problem. Also select Save TIFF files compressed, and Smart loading to speed things up.
