Flash-panoramas cannot be seen in Chrome and FF
Pano2VR 3.1.4 64 bit fails to create Flash-panoramas. The output files are created without errors, but the html-site shows "loading" but no panorama. Both in Chrome and FF. HTML5 - panoramas can be opened.

You got a link to test.
Also make sure you have the flash plugin up to date.
Just to see I just downloaded V3.1.4 and published a flash output without any problems?
