Help wanted to replicate sliding thumbs

Hi all. Has anyone produced this as I'm trying to replicate the slider on the right of the screen from this tour;

So far I can get it to move up and down but don't know how to make it stop at each end of the container with various screen sizes. Any help or short codes would be much appreciated.

Hi,
The action you require is change relative position.
This lets you set a single that when clicked will move an element predetermined steps until a end value is reached then it will stop.
