MP3 output won't play

hi all,

I'm struggling to get a specific MP3 file to play. Any ideas?

I've converted the M4A song purchased through iTunes to MP3, then burnt onto a CD-R, and then copied it back to my HDD, but still not working. I've got other tunes to work:

...but the client wants a specific song: "Feel the Love" by Rudimental. Both I and the client have a PRS license to play music.

Is the tune inside a pano2vr panorama so we too can check. We do have an iPad.

Iv found in the past when an MP3 does not play running it through Audacity with the MP3 plugin sorts it out.
