Hi!
I´ve just received an email from one of my clients telling me that his app developer told him that they have issues showing the images properly with android versions prior to 4.4. He said it appeared to be something related to the "library" used by Pano2VR.

He shared a screen capture.

I´ve asked for a link to check it by myself, but in the meantime, any hint what the problem could be?

Thanks and regards!

Hi Zap!
Thanks for your reply. What do you mean with multiresolution versus mobile settings? Apparently they say that the first tests made worked ok, but those were done with the earlier version where no multiresolution in html5 were available. Months ago. I definitly prefer multi over mobile. Why should that be a cause? Regarding ggtemplate I've never used it. Only html normal.
Regards!

Edit: actually gg template, but normal the default under html tab.

Hi,
May be quicker to just post your project so we can see your settings and test this end.

Hi, MArtin!
Thanks, but online it works ok, they say and it actually does. All of them, there are almost 15 panoramas by now (50 at the end) from car interiors. A simple project, a simple skin with only a loader, no buttons, no flash fallback. Only multiresolution. Apparently they say that with the earlier version and tests created months ago with "mobile" settings it worked. They have problems running the panos thru their app, which is already available but with no panoramas because of this issue. Please let me know where to send the project and output folders.
Thanks again!
