Hi,
I've created a panoramic photo with PTGui, and then I've mounted it in Pano2VR software. I've chosen QTVR output file (.mov), then I've uploaded it to my website http://reformasunaiordo.com/fotos-refor ... sta-2.html.
After that, when I tried to view the website with in a Ipad 4, I realized that I couldn't. I don't understand why Ipad can't reproduce .mov format file, taking into account that .mov file format was created by Apple.
Do you know a way to create a panoramic with Pano2VR that is possible to be seen in Ipad?
Thanks
Pano2VR .mov format doesn't works in Ipad
Hi,
As already mentioned QT was developed by Apple - but they don't care about it since a few years. Seems to become dead soon...

Make a HTML5 output and embed in your site.then I've uploaded it to my website http://refo.....ta-2.html

Thanks 360Texas and CBosch. I understand, that HTML5 format is more standar format than .mov, but I want to explain my case:
The problem is that I want Google crawls the panoramas I put in my website (http://reformasunaiordo.com/fotos-refor ... sta-1.html) and include these in Google VIDEO Search Engine Results Pages.
In the first time, I created a .swf format file with Pano2VR. Then, I created a video sitemap including .swf file path, thumbnail and all the necesary things that Google needs to crawl a video correctly. But Google never crawled it and obviously .swf file never appeared in Google VIDEO Search Engine Results Pages.
Afterwards, I created a .mov format file with Pano2VR. Then, I created a video sitemap including .mov file path, thumbnail and all the necesary things that Google needs to crawl a video correctly. Suddenly, Google crawl it and add it to Google VIDEO Search Engine Results Pages like you can see in the following link: https://www.google.es/?gws_rd=ssl#q=sit ... om&tbm=vid.
I want Google crawl my website videos and add these to Video SERPS, also that the videos could be seen in iOS switches (Ipad, etc.).
Is HTML5 crawled by Google? And Google include HTML5 format videos to Video SERPS?
Thanks

Hi,
a short look to the google webmaster tools shows for the video-sitemap:

and further (https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/80472#4)Recognized file types
Google can crawl Flash SWF objects and the following raw video file types: .mpg, .mpeg, .mp4, .mov, .wmv, .asf, .avi, .ra, .ram, .rm, .flv. All files must be accessible via HTTP. Metafiles that require a download of the source via streaming protocols are not supported at this time.
I think there was maybe an error in your sitemap-file??<video:player_loc> Depends You must specify at least one of <video:player_loc> or <video:content_loc> .
A URL pointing to a player for a specific video. Usually this is the information in the src element of an <embed> tag and should not be the same as the content of the <loc> tag.
The optional attribute allow_embed specifies whether Google can embed the video in search results. Allowed values are Yes or No.
The optional attribute autoplay has a user-defined string (in the example above, ap=1) that Google may append (if appropriate) to the flashvars parameter to enable autoplay of the video. For example: <embed src="http://www.example.com/videoplayer.swf?video=123" autoplay="ap=1"/>.
Example:
Dailymotion: http://www.dailymotion.com/swf/x1o2g
Best practice: Ensure that only Googlebot accesses your content by using a reverse DNS lookup.
Have a nice day
