Enable keyboard arrows

When I disable Keyboard in the advanced settings.
How can I set the pano to behave, that when on keyboard arrow up/down it goes to next panorama ?

Maybe we do not fully understand your question. Or maybe you might help us understand your question with more details.

At that point the keyboard is not enabled

Panorama behavior then might be controlled using using the controller < > up/down + - buttons in the skin. With the keyboard disabled your SKIN up/down arrow buttons are already enabled
