- in terms of 'seamless' hotspot line in map using radar and thumbnails;
- the GUI arrows within the scenes like Street View style.....

what's interesting is the client can point you to a particular unit with the scheme: http://bit.ly/1mUrmDF

I would say - this was probably done in Adobe FLASH authoring software using some pre-developed flash Google street view program modules.

Map looks like the same flavor of Pano2vr pro maps along with the several nodes (other pano locations on the map)

Seem to be several custom pointers at play, normal pointer with a white 30% ellipse. Side wall panel 30% white pointer box wall pointer
Using the white wall box pointer to click on a sign does not seem to do anything.

Not sure how the floor chevron pointers get linked to to the normal pointer - maybe an action script thing
View pointing to outside exit doors when clicking on one chevron does not take you out side like street view would do. Appears it can only advance to another panorama on the map.

Other skin options upper right

Email appears to be point to custom html "mailto: " with custom box to fill in the email address from/ to and email body.
-> icon shows a drop down menu for different social media URL links
[fullscreen] box is probably just a typical toggle full screen function.

Noticed a floating fade in/out "You are Here" which probably can be done in Pano2vr skin.

I would say probably 80% of the content has already been done in Pano2vr skin function like the toggle map, drop down menus, custom pointers, clickable floor chevrons to go to next panorama.
The 20% balance like the linkage of floor chevrons shapes are probably done with a street view flash module.

Maybe other form members can find more.

depends on where you want to have it run

with html5 / javascript coming up, much can be done in the future being the same.
some of the effects I wonder myself how it's done
some as explained by 360Texas is pure Pano2vr

I'm working on similar projects and we're heading for a mix of pano2vr embedded as iframe and the core html uses html5/javascript and php to generate specific effects.

Nevertheless we're still struggling to find techniques to simulate real streetview behavior like the changing cursor arrows and batchporocessing these data in a timeeffective way

Will keep you posted on project when it's finished.

Well, it does not need an imitation. You can use the native API Google Maps Street View. With a good knowledge of the API and jQuery (etc.) you can create rich designs with maps, float menus, and other solutions....

my first modest examples
Just tour - https://a44ab0248d21ed2093c3d4424d1a92d ... &noclick=0

With menu - http://gumirj.com/index.php?fullarticle=49
With maps - http://virtualkaz.com/

BTW - Google Maps Street View redesigned management interface - https://www.google.com/maps/@51.08989,7 ... g!2e0!3e11

Much info of this article has expired .... (27th May 2010).
In the past year (2013), Google has given us a wonderful opportunity to build a free tour via Google Views service.
https://www.google.com/maps/views/profi ... 8650?gl=us
After uploading your panorama - service itself forms the tile, as well as track preview. You collect constellation in a single tour. The rest are "additions" created with content of this tour based API and using additional JS scripts.

Hi
I know the View project
The issue is: The content

Google still has restrictions and if our user want's to show proprietary content in any way it should still be his images on his servers just with the google experience.
I think it can be done with the streetview API

Jut documentation isn't always straight forward and little help can do wonders and mainly gain hours in try and error testing.

...resurrecting this thread from last year, whilst not the best quality, it’s certainly turning heads with some of my clients with the Google Street View / Business View style of arrows and GUI:

http://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j& ... 5598,d.eXY

Do you know of / or anyone out there that could potentially replicate this sort of thing? What is of interest to a couple of my clients with their offering is the ability to log in and download a “screen grab” of any part of the tour as a high-resolution image (not a 72dpi, but 300dpi) image. I am keen to know how this has been done…. How do I find out????? Or, is there anyway of finding people that can do this?

This is a custom Open Source three.js library script modification
like this http://toursler.com/ Interactive tour (http://toursler.com/content/js/toursler.h2.three.js)
If you know how to modify, add - all you want ... is a free library
