Open New window from Polygon hotspot

Is it possible open a new window (html 500 x 500 px) from POLYGON HOTSPOT?
From Point hotspot work fine (javascript:NewWindow("index.html", 500, 500, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0)), but I can open new window from Polygon hotspot.

Hi,
Not looked into this yet, but for now why not use a hotspot proxy ID from the Poly to a container/node marker with the Go To URL action to open it?
Will have a better look later.
