Text label shifting bug now showing up in v4.5 - HELP

Hi,
HELP
I have a Text label that sits directly and centered under a hotspot icon. (I have used this for years now.)
The text box should sit directly centered under the icon and when a rollover occurs the text box should scale up.
The text box now sits off centered to the left of the button.
This feature worked just fine under the beta version (and previous versions) but now with the latest 4.5 update the text has shifted to the left for some reason.

I have checked all of my settings and have also tried switching a number of settings but I have had no luck.
Is there a new setting that I now need to set or select in order for the text to be centered?
I have attached a file showing what is happening as well as the ggsk.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have tested this and I can reproduce it. I added to the bug tracker Issue #1108 and this will be fixed in next version.
