I have seen one inside a trainer / shoe, but that was done with some custom built equipment.

Thinking of making the outside view through the glass spin..... any ideas ?

Until Pano2vr can pin objects, not really.
Of course you can take a still image of the window and place it over a hotspot template in the skin, set the action change element angle 100,000,000 degrees, so it rotates, but this will not distort with the image.
