Hi,

I have created a skin with a lot of Elements out of the canvas size:
e.g. a map with marker nodes on the left of the canvas.

Right now the only way I found to edit those elements in the Editor is to temporary change the position of those elements (via container) in the canvas to make them visible.
So while I'm creating and testing the map there's a lot of back and forth...

Is it possible to:
1. make objects that are not positioned in the canvas visible in the Editor?
2. make the out of canvas area on the left and top visible in the Editor?

thanks
Sebastian

Hi Sebastian,
Ill write a feature request and see what the dev's think.
For the moment keep the elements in view but just deselect the eye icon so it is not visible in the skin. When your ready to publish position the elements off stage.

Must admit using the above I have never found this to be a problem and if you have many elements off screen you'll have to hide some in any case to work on them, but do see the benefit.

Hopki

Hi Hopki,

thanks for your reply.

In my opinion it would speed up the work when it would be possible to work on Elements that are out of the canvas area:
e.g. it happens sometimes that I forgot to set back the maps position after doing some edits and I need to go back, fix it and rebuild the project files.
Also I wouldn't have always to change the position and visibility of the objects when doing changes to the map.

kind regards
Sebastian
